All services involve custom strategy, research, implementation, and time allocation. Because of this customized nature, refund eligibility depends on the project stage.
If cancellation is requested within 48 hours of payment and work has not started, you may be eligible for a full refund, minus payment processing fees (if applicable).
Once any of the following has begun:
Strategy planning
Keyword research
Market or competitor analysis
Website structure planning
Technical audits
Wireframing
Documentation preparation
A partial refund may be issued based on the portion of work completed.
Refund calculation:
Total Project Fee – (Completed Work + Research Time + Administrative Costs)
Once design, development, SEO implementation, automation setup, or content creation has started:
Full refunds are not available
Partial refunds may apply only if milestone-based billing was agreed in writing
Custom work cannot be reversed once delivered or developed.

For subscription-based or recurring services:
Written cancellation notice is required at least 7 days before the next billing cycle
No refunds are issued for the current active billing period
Services remain active until the end of the paid cycle
SEO and automation services require continuous resource allocation and planning. Therefore, unused time within a billing cycle cannot be refunded.
All one-on-one consultations are non-refundable
Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice
Missed sessions without notice are considered completed
Due to the nature of digital intellectual property:
All sales are final once access is granted
No refunds will be issued for downloadable products, frameworks, templates, or digital documents
Refunds will not be issued due to:
Change of mind
Business closure or financial hardship
Delays caused by the client
Failure to provide required materials/content
External platform or algorithm changes (Google, LinkedIn, etc.)
Digital growth depends on collaboration and timely communication.
Clients are strongly encouraged to contact us before initiating payment disputes.
Unethical or fraudulent chargebacks without prior communication may result in:
Immediate service termination
Recovery action for delivered services
Restriction from future services
We prefer resolution through communication.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services without refund if:
The client engages in illegal or unethical practices
Abusive or inappropriate communication occurs
Repeated non-cooperation after reasonable notice
Professional respect is required at all times.
Payments may be processed in mutually agreed currency
Clients are responsible for any currency conversion charges, international transfer fees, or bank transaction fees
Payment gateway processing fees may be deducted from eligible refunds
Nothing in this policy overrides any mandatory consumer protection rights applicable in your country of residence.
If local laws provide additional legal rights, those rights remain valid.
This policy and all service agreements shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes arising in connection with our services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
If a separate signed agreement or contract exists between you and us, the terms of that agreement will take precedence over this public policy.
